Jay G. Cone

Jay wants to put a little daylight between people and their assumptions. Before establishing Unstuck Minds with Lisa, Jay spent 20 years as a senior consultant with Interaction Associates. He also worked in the food service industry as a training manager, human resources director and internal consultant. Jay served for five years as adjunct faculty in the Executive MBA program at The University of Texas at Dallas, where he taught Building Effective Teams. He is the author of The Surprising Power of Not Knowing What to Do: Discovering Creativity and Compassion in a Time of Chaos.

Jay received a BA in Philosophy from U.C.L.A. and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. He holds a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Systems from Saybrook University.

Lisa E. Weaver

Lisa blends her roles as an executive coach, business development expert, and facilitative leader to improve outcomes with ease. By encouraging people to be present and at peace in their situations, Lisa helps them experience wellbeing and the illumination of possibilities for their paths of purpose and progress. Prior to co-founding Unstuck Minds, Lisa spent 8 years as a director of client solutions with Interaction Associates. Before that she held positions in business analytics, sales, and account management within multiple industries including healthcare, retail and financial services.  Lisa co-founded the Dallas Chapter of Conscious Capitalism and is a long-standing partner of Social Venture Partners Dallas.

Lisa received a BA in Business with a marketing concentration and Psychology minor from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She is an ICF-accredited coach through the Hudson Institute.
